Hello, this is group 2 and our blog will be focusing on how to take care of ourselves as a student. We all know that sometimes we forget to take care of ourselves because of too much studying. So here are some tips to do for you to be able to take care of yourself while studying.
We all know that being a student can be really stressful. The pressure, the none stop projects and activities, presentations and reports can really drain you out. All those lead us to forget our selves. We get too bay with all of it that we forget to check ourself. We forget to eat properly and sleep properly. I know. I know how hard it is to live and study, achieve your goals, meet expectations. Imagine doing those all at once. But my fellow students, studying is important, yes. But please do not forget to check yourself. Ask yourself, Are you okay? Are you doing well? Can you still do it? This also goes to few that are working students. Balancing work and school is hard right? But take a break sometimes. Manage your time properly. Focus on your goals.
As a student we often feel a strong sence of responsibility to perform well in school and as a person and avant to be our best selves for other people. But remember that when life starts to get busy, self-care needs to be a priority. As a student, always remember that among all the responsibilities you have in your life especially in school, the most important one is the responsibility you have to yourself. Because self care isn’t selfish, taking care of yourself allows you to succeed in your responsibilities in school.
